Thursday 14th July - On Campus

The first on-campus activities day for ISCA 2011 saw glorious sunshine bathe Charterhouse with its warm glow. The day offered the students a chance to experience several English games, including cricket, squash and Fives.

Great enthusiasm and plenty of skill was on display as students learned the finer arts of bowling and batting in cricket.

On the Fives courts, there was an opportunity to participate in a game played at many of England’s most illustrious public schools.

A good time was had by all as batteries were recharged, new friends were made and plenty of students demonstrated their sporting talents.

The day was rounded off by a talk about tomorrow's visit to Portsmouth and Arundel – England expects!
