Prices
Travel
All flights are on scheduled air services unless stated otherwise. Tickets and full travel details are provided well before departure date. Parents are responsible for travel arrangements to and from the airport. On arrival in England, groups are met by coach and transferred to our campus.
Insurance
ISCA carries extensive Public Liability and Employer's Liability insurance. Parents must take out additional travel insurance to include trip cancellation, trip interruption, loss of baggage and emergency medical cover. This can be arranged through our office or independently.
Prices Including Air Fare
All prices include round trip air fare from airports listed below, transfers, accommodation, meals, coach trips, admission fees, entertainment and on-campus activities. Please contact us if you wish to travel from an unlisted airport and we will give you a price.

Land-Only Price
The land-only price is $4,990 US dollars. This excludes air fare but includes accommodation, meals, coach trips, admission fees, entertainment and on-campus activities. A group airfare and ticketing can be arranged by ISCA on request.
Booking
Booking is confirmed by a 30% deposit payable by 30 November 2011. The balance of 70% is payable by 31 March 2012

Return - Sunday 29 July 2012
Conditions
All bookings are subject to our Conditions of Agreement a copy of which will be provided by your Group Leader.
Please note the following extract from the Booking Form:
Prices are based on costs and rates effective on 1 August 2011 and on the indicated advance purchase non-refundable scheduled services air fares for 2012. We reserve the right to alter prices in the event of any significant change in costs or rates outside our control.
Examples of the above, though not exclusive, are major changes in the US Dollar to Pound Sterling exchange rate or the imposition of fuel surcharges by the airlines. Regarding fuel surcharges, we pay the airlines a deposit to block sufficient space for groups when deposits are received. This secures the air fare (apart from fuel surcharges) until we pay the full price on receipt of final payment. However, fuel surcharges may not be imposed after tickets have been issued, so we can avoid these by purchasing tickets at the deposit stage. This would then need to be 50% not 30% to cover the cost. Please let us know should you prefer this option. Finally, there can be no guarantee that the air fares published here will not increase between August and the end of November when group deposits are due. We will, however, monitor these on a regular basis and make any changes to the website prices, if necessary.
Irrespective of the above, we will always do our best to avoid passing on any increases and to put this into perspective, we have only had to pass on a surcharge 4 times in the past 30 years
